Qualification

• Junior Stenographer : 12th Class Passed, Stenography [Dictation (English / Hindi)
• Jr. Secretariat Assistant : 12th Class Passed from any Recognized Board, Typing (English - 35 wpm OR Hindi - 30 wpm) Knowledge Of Computer

How to Apply

• Candidates desirous to apply for the post of Junior Stenographer / Junior Secretariat Assistant against the advertisement should apply through this Online Recruitment Portal only.
• Candidates have to register with a valid Email Address by clicking on the "New Registration" button on the right side panel.
• Upon successful registration, candidates may open the Recruitment portal with the Registration ID and the Password to fill the online application form.
• The Registration ID and Password is important for accessing and filling the Online Application Form.
• Login with Registration ID and Password to access the application form and fill the information.
• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) positions need to submit only a single application for one or more JSA post codes (JSAG252, JSAF253, JSAP254). However, candidates applying for the post of Junior Stenographer (JST251) have to submit a separate application

• Candidates should fill the correct information and they are solely responsible for any typographical or other errors in data feeding. Request for correction after final submission will not be entertained.
• Before filling the Online Application Form, Candidates have to keep the scanned copy of clearly visible recent passport size colour photo of dimensions 300px width, 400px height (3: 4 ratio) and maximum 1MB size in standard image format .jpg) and Scanned copy of clearly visible signature of dimension 300px width, 100px height and maximum 1MB size in standard image format.
• Candidates can Login any number of times and navigate across the tabs 1 to 6 to fill or update information. Please use "Save Details" button to preserve the filled in information.
• After filling information in all the pages, please click the "Final Submit" button in 'Final Submission' Page to submit the application.
• Please note that once application is submitted, candidates will not have access to edit any information in Online Application Form. Hence, candidates have to ensure that they completely fill the application form in all respects with correct details and verify it before final submission.
• After final submission of the online application form, please click "DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM [ PDF ]" button to generate the PDF file of Application form. Take the printouts of the file; append your signature at the space provided for it on the application form.
• The soft copy of the Application Form can be downloaded from this portal until 18.03.2025 (17: 30 hrs IST)
• After applying online, the candidates should keep a soft copy of his / her application. They should not send hard copy of application after submission of online application. Candidates shortlisted for proficiency test alone would be asked, at an appropriate time, to submit the hard copy of their application.
